When I enter my PIN number I get a message that it is invalid.
All PIN numbers are valid. If your unique PIN number does not work, please double check it and re-enter to be sure it is correct, and only click the submit button once. If you are still experiencing problems, send your PIN numbers that are showing an error to customerservice@cheesysluckylunchbox.com and we will reply to your query within five (5) business days.
My username / password do not work.

Where do I find my unique PIN number?
Your PIN number can be found on the insert located inside specially marked packages of Black Diamond Cheestrings Ficello and Black Diamond Funcheez or see the No Purchase Necessary information regarding receiving a PIN number without making a purchase at cheestrings.ca/luckylunchbox/rules.
Confirmation Communication
I registered to play the Ultimate Race but have not received a confirmation email.
Please make sure you double check your junk or spam folder to search for your confirmation email. If the confirmation email is not there, please send your username or email address to customerservice@cheesysluckylunchbox.com com and we will activate your account for you.
Prize Information
How will I be notified that I am a winner / receive my prize?
If you are a instant winner, you will receive a declaration and release form in the mail within 21 days of the daily secondary prize draw. Once you complete the forms and send them to the specified address, you will receive your prize within 30 days once your forms have been received.
